We are based in the Camberley area and keep our client base to within a 25 mile radius of our office (see map) that way we can keep better track of all applications with the local planning officers.
After an initial FREE consultation, we can establish exactly what your requirements are and whether plausible within the planning constraints. Any various options to achieve the desired result, within a realistic budget, can then be discussed. We will also provide a detailed portfolio of previous projects for your perusal.
Once all parties are satisfied with the task to be undertaken, we will carry out a measured survey of your property & produce all the drawings and documents required for your Planning Permission Application to the local authorities.
We will act as your agent for the application and liaise direct with the planning department on your behalf until a decision is reached. Once planning approval has been granted, the next stage of the project is to produce the construction drawings and specifications for the Building Regulation application.
We also have a list of recommended contractors that would be happy to quote for the building works involved.
